Refund policy

All Web sales are subject to IST’s Standard Terms of Sale. You may return new, unused product* within ten (10) days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). After 10 days, all non-defective returns authorized by IST will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds will be less shipping charges. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation; so please don’t discard these materials. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please call 1-800-835-2611. RMA’s are valid for 30 days. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. All return packages must be prepaid. (Sorry, we can not accept COD’s) For your protection, please insure all returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a higher re-stocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
