Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window:
    Returns must be initiated and completed within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items:
    All returned products must be as new, unused, and in their original condition, including the original box and packaging.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

  • An RMA is required for all returns.
  • To request an RMA, customers must either:
    • Complete the RMA request form at https://istime.com/pages/request-rma, or
    • Email support@istime.com with their order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, customers will receive return instructions. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non‑Returnable or Refused Returns

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may be refused or returned without a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
