As the holidays approach, please note our office will be closed November 27-28,  December 24–26, 31 and January 1 so our team can enjoy time with family. As always, support@istime.com and our 24/7 support line will remain available for urgent issues.

We’re sharing another tech tip this month to help your meets run smoothly and reminding coaches that it’s never too early to start planning next year’s budgets and wish lists. If you’re using IST software (TIMEWARE, MEETWARE, or POLOWARE) on a Windows 10 or 11 computer, be sure to run it as an Administrator to ensure everything works properly.

If you have Administrator privileges, you can make this setting permanent:

1. Right-click the program icon on your desktop.
2. Select Properties → Advanced.
3. Check Run as Administrator, then click OK and Apply.

That’s it! Your software will always launch with the correct permissions.
If you don’t have administrator access, ask your IT department or whoever manages your computers to make this change for you.

It’ll save you a lot of headaches down the road!
