Shipping
All items are shipped via UPS or our choice of freight company, except for CD’s which are shipped via USPS. All orders are carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have purchased. Upon arrival, please check the contents of your carton(s) immediately against items marked as shipped on your invoice. Report any discrepancy or damage to customer service at 1-800-835-2611. Note the damage or shortage on all delivery receipts or freight bills and sign for only material actually delivered. If, upon further inspection, you notice any concealed damage or loss, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify customer service at 1-800-835-2611 or delivery carrier/agent within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Returns
All Web sales are subject to IST’s Standard Terms of Sale. You may return new, unused product* within ten (10) days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). After 10 days, all non-defective returns authorized by IST will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and refunds will be less shipping charges. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation; so please don’t discard these materials. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please call 1-800-835-2611. RMA’s are valid for 30 days. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. All return packages must be prepaid. (Sorry, we can not accept COD’s) For your protection, please insure all returns.
